1 white potato peeled and grated
1 sweet potato peeled and graed
2 egg whites slightly beaten
1/2 cups miced scallions
1 tsp italian seasoning
 
Instructions
combine potaoes eggs scallions seasoning. spray pan drop potato mixture by by teaspoonfuls and flatten slightly cook for 5-6 min on each side
