     Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients
4-5 chicken breasts
2 cups instant rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
 

Instructions
Boil chicken breasts in a large amount of water. Save broth from boiled chicken to add to soup.
Bring 3 cups water to a boil; add rice and cook for 5 minutes.
in a large crockpot, stir 2 cups of water, broth, creme of chicken soup, rice, parsley flakes,salt, perrer, and lemon juice.
Tear chicken apart and add to mixture. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve Hot. I like it sprinkled with chedder cheese.
