Put the following in mixing bowl condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, 5 eggs, shredded coconut. Blend for 1 minute. Then pour on top of sugar mixture in pan. Bake in water bath for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool pan completely in ice. Then store in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
