     LOW CARB EARLY RISE BREAKFAST

Ingredients
12-16 ounces bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
1 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped, 2 1/2 ounces
12 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces swiss cheese
 

Instructions
Brown the bacon, sausage, onions and peppers; drain the grease. Beat the eggs in a large bowl; beat in the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the meats, onion and the cheese in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 8-12 servings 4 carbs
