3 C. Whole Wheat Pasta

12 Spears Asparagus
|

1/2 Chicken breast
|

1/2 C. Low Sodium Chicken Broth
|

1 Tbsp EVOO
|

1/4 C. Feta
|
|
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
|
|
mushrooms
|
|
pinch of cruched red pepper flakes
|

Instructions |

|
Cook Pasta according to box directions.
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces and place in skillet with EVOO.
Cook until partially done
|

Add asperagus, mushrooms, and tomatoes and cool until chicken is done.
Add chicken broth and cover pan.
Cook until asperagus is crisp.

|
Add pasta, red pepper flakes, and feta.
Toss.
Remove from heat and serve.
