     Tater Tot Hot Dish

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 half small onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken (or mushroom) Soup
1 can whole kernel corn
1 bag tater tots
1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Brown Hamburger. Add onions & saute. Stir in the soup. Add the corn. Season with salt and pepper. In a 13 x 9 baking dish add the ground beef mixture. Pour tater tots over top. Bake uncovered for 35 - 40 minutes or until bubbly and tater tots are brown and crispy.
Optional- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese added to the top in the last 15 minutes of baking.
