chocolate ganache I use recipe with 1/2 cup milk and
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth. Beat in the peanut butter and set aside. Whip the cream and vanilla into whipped cream. Fold into the peanut butter mixture. Fill in an oreo crust.
Crush the oreos in a food processor. Moisten with butter and press into the bottom of the pie dish. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before filling.
Glaze with chocolate ganache and garnish with whipped cream.
