Mix garlic, salt, rosemary, thyme, parika, and pepper in a bowl and rub all over pork loin. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 min.
Take out and wrap in foil or put in browning bag.
Cook a 4 pound loin at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. While cooking, mix preserves, syrup, vinigar, and mustard in pan and bring to boil on top of stove.
Put glaze on pork loin and cook for an additional 30 min. Serve remaining glaze on side.
