     Phul Gobi

Ingredients
1 Head Cauliflower, in Florets
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded and Chopped
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1 Green Bell Pepper, Cut into Strips
1 Red Bell Pepper, Cut into Strips
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Cut into Strips
 

Instructions
Fry onions and garlic in pan until translucent, about 5 minutes. Medium High heat.
Add Cauliflower florets, and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occassionally, until tender
Add Chillies and Peppers, stiring, cook about 5 minutes more, or until tender.
