4 cloves of garlic

1 tsp salt

2 large lemons
|

1 tsp paprika
|

2 tsp black pepper

3/8 cup olive oil

4 boneless chicken breasts

Instructions |

|
Combine garlic and salt in a large bowl or bag. Allow to sit 5 min. Juice lemons and add to garlic salt.

Mix in paprika, pepper and olive oil. Whisk all ingredients well, or shake bag. Add chicken and coat well.
|
|
|
|
Marinate at least 12 hours, but no longer than 24. Remove chicken from marinade. Don't drain.
|
|
|
|
Grill chicken over med-high heat, turning often, for 22-25 min or bake in oven at 350 for 40-45 min.
