     Honey, I shrunk my gut

Ingredients
1 cup 1% milk
3/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ground flaxseed
pinch of ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
Mix the milk and oatmeal in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until thick. Stir in the remaining ingrediants.
