Preheat the over to 350. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
Mix the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, and spices in a large bowl. Whisk the pumpkin, sugars, applesauce, eggs, and milk in a medium bowl. Pour over the dry ingredients and gently stir together. Fold in the cranberries. Pour into the loaf pan.
Bake about 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Turn out of the pan and cool completely.
