Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high flame.
Lightly coat lamb chops with flour and place in skillet.
Sear until brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove chops from skillet and set aside.
Reduce flame to low-medium
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and butter. Sauté for about 4 minutes.
Add beef broth and red wine and simmer for about 10 minutes or until reduced by 1/3.
Add lamb chops, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
