Mix well.Shape into about 2 inch rolls. Wrap tightly in tin foil with shiny side in. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Poke holes in bottom of each with a meat fork or toothpick. Place on broiler. Put 1 or so cups of water in broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes each side for a total of 90 minutes. Meat will appear red but is fully cooked.
If you choose you may use a meat themomether to 180 degrees in the center of the rolls. Cool unwrapped. Wrap in freezer paper and freeze until needed.
