Brown burger until cooked through in a large pan. If greasy, drain. Add taco seasoning. NOTE...If you don't have a large enough pan, you may want to use a pot to make sure that you have enough room to add the other ingredients.
Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and salsa. Stir and let heat until cheeses are melted. Add chili powder gradually, to taste...the more you add, the spicier it will be.
Note... After cheeses are melted, transfer to a crockpot and serve with Tortilla chips. Great for parties.
