Preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle cornmeal on a large baking sheet. Spread the pizza crust to within 1 inch of the edge of the pan. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
In small bowl, add Parmesan & remaining mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, basil & garlic, mix well. Arrange tomato slices evenly over crust, spread cheese mixture evenly over tomatoes.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve warm.
