Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using
mixer, cream butter and sugar at low speed until
smooth. Beat in vanilla then flour. Mix in pecans
with spatula.
With flour hands, take out about 1 Tbs of dough and
shape into a crescent. Continue to dust hands with
flour as you make more cookies. Bake 40 min. When
cool, roll in confectioner sugar.
