     Baked Pasta

Ingredients
1 box shell pasta
1 container store bought pesto sauce
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 small container ricotta cheese
1/2 pound fresh mozzarella grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, diced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Bring large pot of salted water to boil...cook pasta. Mince garlic and chop onions. Add olive oil to bottom of laurge saucepan. Put in garlic and onions and cook-stirring often about 5 minutes or until onnion is soft and looks cooked. Add the can of tomatioes and stir. Cook for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta and put back in same pot. Add container of pesto sauce, stir add ricotta cheese and mix well. Take glass baking dish and put in a couple big spoonfuls of sauce. Pour in half the pasta. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and a handful of the parmesan. Add remaining pasta top with mozzarella and another handful of parmesan. Bake at 350 for 20 mminutes or until cheese melts.
