2 cucumbers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded
Instructions
RESERVE 2 Tbsp. carrots. Mix remaining carrots with cream cheese; spoon into cucumber shells. Top with reserved carrots. CUT each cucumber half into 5 pieces to serve.
