Sprinkle the chicken with 1/4 tsp of the salt and 1/4 tsp of the pepper. Heat 1 tsp of the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 2 min on each side. Transfer to a platter, keep warm.
Add the reamining oil to the skillet, add tomatoes, oregan, garlic, and the salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until the tomatoes are softened, about 3 min. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with the cucumber and feta.
