preheat oven to 400
scoop out pumpkin seeds and wash
sm saucepan- for every 1/2 c seeds, add 2 c water and 2 T salt
bring to a boil
simmer 10 mins
remove from heat and drain
spread 2-3 T olive oil over bar pan/ roasting pan
spread seeds over oil, one layer
bake 10-20 min or until they begin to brown.
when they are to your liking, brown-wise, remove and let cool all the way.
