Instructions |

Cook and drain pasta.
|

|
In a small frying pan over medium heat add oil and vinegar. Add garlic. Stir to mix.
|

Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook until tomatoes begin to stew.
|
|
|
Add spinach and cook only until it wilts. Spoon over pasta.
