     Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 t. oil
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C. white wine
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
 
1/2 C. sour cream
4 C. cooked noodles

Instructions
Spray 13x9 casserole dish. Brown and drain beef; set aside.
Heat oil in skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add wine. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat; stir in soup and sour cream until well mixed. Add with beef to noodles. Stir until well mixed. Pour into dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
