     Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
3/4 C. soft bread crumbs
1/3 C. Parmesan cheese
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. dried oregano
4 (5 oz.) tilapia fillets
 
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, combine all but fish. Coat fillets in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 425 for 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
