Heat oil. add mustard, curry leaves, garlic, rd chillies, grn choillies, corainader seeds cumin seeds whole pepper, chopped beetroot. saute for 5 mins and add tomato. add water a& cook. cool grind. Add tamarind extract, turmeric and bring to boil. garnish with asafortids cilant
