2 tbs butter

1 lb ground beef

1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs

1/4 c. milk

pinch of salt

1/2 c. sherry

1/4 tsp oregano

1/2 c - ketchup

Instructions |

Mix beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk and salt in a bowl.
|

|
|
Create meatballs with a teaspoon of the beef mixture.
|
|
|
|
Melt butter in a pan and cook meatballs on medium. Make sure
they are not too crowded. After searing outsides, pour off excess
fat.
|
|
|
|
Add the sherry, oregano, and ketchup to the pan with the
meatballs. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
