HEAT dressing in large skillet over medium heat, add peppers and onions. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in pasta sauce and red pepper flakes.

SPREAD 1 / 2 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9-inch dish, cover half of the ravioli, then half the remaining sauce and half the remaining cheese. Repeat, cover.
Bake for 25 minutes or until everything is heated through
