     Homemade Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups of milk
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1/2 bread crumbs
paprika
 

Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions & drain. Preheat oven to 350.
In saucepan, melt butter (1/4 cup) over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, and cook over low heat unti cheese is melted & the sauce is a little thick.
Melt butter (2 tbsp) in skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs & brown. Spread over the mac & cheese to cover. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
