2 lb. carrots
1 green bell pepper
1 large onion
c. sugar
c. oil
c. vinegar
1 can. tomato soup
Salt (quantity wished)
Pepper (quantity wished)

Cut pepper and onion. Cut carrots in slices or in strip.
For marinate, boil oil, vinegar, sugar, tomato soup, salt and pepper.
Cook carrots 10 minutes and rinse with cold water. Add the onion and the green pepper
Mix with the marinade. Refrigerate overnight. Drain and serve.
