Place bacon on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 until bacon is half cooked. Set aside to cool and cut all in half.
Cut chicken into half inch cubs and wrap each piece with bacon and set with tooth pick.
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Dredge chicken chunks in spice mixture and coat thoroughly.
Place chunks on sheet pan and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until cook throughout.
