     Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
4 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
GARLIC SALT TO TASTE
18 CORN TORTILLAS, TORN IN HALF
1 (28 OZ) CAN GREEN CHILE ENCHILADA SAUCE
1 (16 OZ) PACKAGE SHREDDED MONTERREY JACK CHEESE
1 (8 OZ) CONTAINER REDUCED FAT SOUR CREAM
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Season chicken with garlic salt. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Cool, shred, and set aside.
The following is a suggestion from a reviewer- Mix chicken, cheese and sour cream together. Pour a little of the green chile sauce on bottom of dish. Pour remaining sauce into a pie plate. Dip each tortilla into the sause and start layering with the chicken mixture.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
