5-7 med- large potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise

Instructions |

Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven a 450 degrees. Heat cookie sheet or roasting pan.
Place potaoes on pan.
|

|
Bake for 15 minutes, turn potatoes, then bake 15 more minutes.
|
|
|
|
Shake garlic salt on hot fries.
Serve with homemade ranch dressing.
