Ingredients
1 bunch of cauliflower ( cut into florets)
1 medium onion (sliced)
college chicken broth
milk (any kind of dairy product)
1 head of garlic
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
sesame seed oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower into florets, slice the onion into quarters or smaller and chop off the head of garlic.
Put on foil covered baking sheet and sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Put in oven for 30 minutes or until cauliflower starts to brown.
Take out of oven and do in 2 batches as this will make it easier to blend. Add some broth and milk a little at a time(eye it)for consistency, add more if necessary. Put in soup pan to heat. Continually stirring for 10 minutes.
Take out of pan and put in soup bowls. Top with a little of sesame seed oil. ENJOY!
