     Vietnamese Vermicelli

Ingredients
6 tables spoons of water
6 teas spoons of rice vinegar
12 tables spoons of honey
12 tables spoons of soy sauce
1 pack of rice vermicelli
2 chicken brest or tofu
2 cup of cornstarch
vegetables of your choice
oil of your choice
 
2 eggs

Instructions
Cut the chicken in little cube. Cut the vegetables.
Prepare the sauce- Mix the rice vinegar, the honey and the soy sauce together in a bolw. Prepare the chicken- Cook the chicken and put it in the eggs beaten. Put the cornstarch in a doggy bag and put the chicken it it. Close the doggy bag and shake it very well.
Cook the vegetables in a frying pan with oil. Roast the chicken in a frying pan with oil. When the chicken is well bake add the sauce and the vegetables. Vermicelli- Bring the water to a boil. When it's done stop the stove and add the vermicelli for approximately 5 minutes. After, drain the water.
Put the vermicelli in differents bowls and add on it the chicken with the sauce and the vegetables. Serve and eat your delicious meal.
Serving Suggestions
For the vegetables, broccolis and peppers are very good.
