1 Koppie Meel
1/2 Koppie Strooisuiker
Sout
1 Eetlepel Bakpoeier
1 Groot Ryp Piesang Fyn Gedruk
3/4 Koppie - 1 Eetlepel Melk
1/4 Koppie - 2 Eetlepels Botter Gesmelt
1 Eier liggies geklits
1 Teelepel Vanielje Geursel
 
Sous-
3/4 Koppie Sagte Bruinsuker
1/4 Koppie Gouestroop
1 Koppie Kookwater

Instructions
Voorverhit die oond tot 180C. Smeer ronde oondvaste bak met inhoud maat van 1.5L.
Sif meel, strooisuiker, sout en bakpoeier saam. voeg piesang, melk, botter, eier en vanielje geuersel by. Meng goed. Gooi die beslag in oodvaste bak en hou eenkant.
Bring die sous bestandele tot kookputn oor matige hitte.
Gooi sous baie stadig oor agterkant van 'n eetlepel oor beslag en bak vir 30 min tot goudbruin.
