1 1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice
|
|
1 (14 ounce) can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
|
|
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
|
|
1 small can chopped black olives
|
|
1 cup of chopped celery
|
|
1 teaspoon curry powder
|
|
½ cup mayonnaise
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook rice according to package direction – omitting the butter.
Allow rice to cool.
Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well
|
|
|
Cover and chill overnight
|
