     Layered Salad

Ingredients
3 cups torn iceberg lettuce
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
2 cups thinly sliced carrot
2 cups coarsely chopped green bell pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
 
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
¼ cup sliced green onions

Instructions
Layer lettuce, beans, broccoli, tomatoes, carrot, bell pepper, and eggs in a trifle bowl or straight-sided clear glass bowl.
Combine yogurt, dressing mix, and mayonnaise; stir well. Spread over top of salad; sprinkle with green onions.
