     Pumpkin Cheese Cake Bars

1 (16 oz.) package pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 tablesppons butter or margarine, melted
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk ( Not evaporated milk)
1 (16oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, on low speed, mix combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter, and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice unitl crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15 by 10 inch jelly roll pain. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese unitl fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice and salt; mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Cool. Chill; cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
