Once the first side is browned enough (5 to 6 minutes, depending on the size), remove the pan. Flip the breasts over using a pair of spring-loaded tongs. Place the broiling pan back under the broiling unit until the internal temp of the chicken breast reaches 160ºF. Then remove the pan and turn off the broiler. Remove the breasts from the broiling pan and let them rest a couple minutes before eating.
