     Grilled Sole and Peppers

Ingredients
3 medium sweet peppers, in rings
12 oz. sole
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. garlic salt
 

Instructions
Divide peppers among 4 (18x12) pieces of aluminum foil. Divide fish evenly and place on pappers.
Mix butter and lemon juice; drizzle over fish. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Seal foil tightly.
Grill 12-20 min. until fish is done.
