     Steaks with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 C. dry red wine
2 T. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 t. thyme
1/4 t. pepper
4 (4 oz.) steaks
4 green onions, chopped
3/4 lb. mushrooms, thin sliced
 
2 T. butter
2 T. flour

Instructions
Combine 1/2 the garlic and next 5 ingredients. Place steak in bag and pour in marinade. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
Melt butter in skillet and cook remaining garlic, onions and mushrooms 2-3 min. Stir in flour and cook 1 min. Add marinade from meat and boil 1-2 min. Simmer while steaks cook.
Grill steaks to desired doneness. Serve with sauce.
