Mix 1 C. cheese and next ingredients. Shape into 8 logs. Place on chicken at short end; roll up completely enclosing filling. Place in sprayed 13x9 baking dish.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over evenly. Cover and bake 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 min. uncovered.
