Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together egg yolks,lemon juice and peel,butter,powdered sugar,and sugar in a small bowl.

spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture into each frozen phyllo shell. bake 13 to 15 minutes,or until center is set.
|
|
|
If desired,garnish with one mint leaf and 1 raspberry
|
