Prepare pasta according to directions. While that is cooking, put olive oil in large skillet on medium heat. How much you use depends on how much you are making. Enough to coat the whole bottom of the pan. Put in your minced garlic. Chop up your sun dried tomatoes & add to olive oil. Be sure to stir the garlic often so it doesn't burn. Once the pasta is just about done, put your baby spinach in the olive oil/tomato mixture.
Add your fresh basil. Drain pasta & add to mix. Add your pine nuts and feta cheese and serve.
