     Spicy Baked Chickpeas

Ingredients
2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon spanish smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
cayenne pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain the chickpeas in a colander and rinse with water to take out excess salt-dry them by rolling them around in kitchen towel.
Combine the oil, paprika, cumin and cayenne in a large bowl-add chickpeas and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer the chickpeas to parchment paper or reynolds wrap foil sheet and spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer-bake until golden and crispy, 25-35 minutes, shaking the tray to toss after 15 minutes.Remove the baking sheet and let cool, then transfer to serving bowl or container.
