1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
|

1 cup thawed frozen corn kernels
|

4 plum tomatoes, chopped into 1/4 pieces
|

1/2 cup chopped scallions
|

1 teaspoon cumin
|
|
1 teaspoon chili powder
|
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4 teaspoon pepper
|
|
1 whole wheat pizza dough crust
|
|
|
|
1 cup taco sauce
|
|
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
Optional toppers- avocado or guacamole, taco chips

Instructions |

|
In a medium bowl, combine beans, corn, tomatoes, scallions and spices; set aside.
|

Top pizza crust with taco sauce, vegetable mixture and cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees or until crust and cheese are golden brown.

Slice and serve with avocado or guacamole, or taco chips.
