Sift the dry ingredients.
Mix the egg, oil and milk together.
Pour liquid into the dry ingredients and mix lightly with a knife until the mixture comes together but do not knead. The mixture will be quite sticky.
Bake in the oven in a muffin tray at 240 degrees Celcius for about 10 minutes.
