     Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
85g butter
250g biscuits (ginger nuts or digestive)
405 g condensed milk (lite)
5 limes
450ml double cream
85g bitter chocolate
 

Instructions
Crush the biscuits and melt the butter, add the butter to the biscuits. Line a tart dish with the mixture and refrigerate.
Mix the condensed milk, cream, juice of the limes and zest of two limes and beat together. Pour the mixture into the biscuit base and refrigerate.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and drixxle over the tart. Refrigerate.
