make into thin slice chicken breasts,heat oil, add onions,garlic, strip sausage add to pan wait till brown. Leave 1 tbsp fat in pan blend sausage ,bread crumbs,parsley, tarragon salt and pepper
Put mixture on chicken and roll
Add rolls to skillet with butter cook 2 to 3 minutes take out add wine to break up fat and butter pour over chicken
