     Chorizo with Eggs Tacos

4 eggs
Fresh Cheese
Flour or Corn Tortillas
Hot Sauce (optional)
 
Instructions
Cook chorizo in pan.
Add the eggs to the chorizo.
Warm the tortillas.
Add the chorizo eggs on the tortillas, evenly distrubuted. Then sprinkle fresh cheese on top. Optional- add hot sauce to taste.
